Received two parcels, both addressed to me, but one parcel belonged to someone else - name and address inside. I repackaged and returned to LoveCrafts.
Confirmation would have been appreciated, otherwise good service.

Since writing the review below, I have received a refund for the additional monies I had to pay to re-order items that hadn't been delivered. It's unfortunate that only when it reaches the stage of public comment that restitution is made, however I am grateful for the prompt response to this complaint.
I placed an order with Love Crafts on the 6 May for 8 items. I received only three of these items and presumed they were coming in a split delivery. On the 19 May I contacted Love Crafts to enquire about the missing 5 items. Sakina the customer service person assigned to my case responded to say two of the items were now out of stock but she could send on replacements for the other items. I asked if I could have the same brand of product, same price just a different colour shade as a replacement for the two items she said was out of stock. Apparently the "system" doesn't allow it. So I then asked her to refund the two items and send on the other missing 3 items - she responded that she had refunded all 5 items. When realising she made a mistake she used the excuse that "most are out of stock". However upon checking the website all were in fact all in stock and plenty of them. So I ordered again, this time when the delivery didn't arrive I contacted customer services again and apparently my order was "stuck in the system" whatever that means? However a different customer service person sorted it and I eventually received the order. To add insult to injury I was asked to rate the service I received from Love Crafts and in response to my dealings with Sakina I choose the option "Bad - dissatisfied" - she then contacted me asking me to change my feedback. It has taken from the 6 May until now (one month) to receive all the items I had ordered and paid for, I have lost money as the items I had to re-order were at a higher price than when I initially purchased them plus I was then unable to use the first time buyer discount code of 15%. It's been a nightmare experience all to receive material to enable me to make a quilt for my brothers 50th birthday. I will not be using them again nor would I recommend.
SCAM ALERT. Clearly states on website sign up to news letter and get 15% discount on first order. Signed up for news letter. Completed order. Then noted 15% discount not added ?. Called to ask why. First told i should have read the news letter and enter a code from it that was sent to my email when i signed up to the news letter. Then told 15% does not apply to sales items. Yet home page clearly states 15% discount on first order if you sign up to news letter. This is just a scam. Even supervisor agreed website not clear and misleading. If the staff think its wrong/scam, what chance does the customer have. Total scam avoid at all cost. Rather pay more to a company that honours what it says. Order cancelled. Unable to advise time scale of refund.
I didn’t get as far as placing this order and won’t be bothering on the basis that they wriggle out of discount coupons despite such coupons claiming to apply to ‘all purchases’ . At 10pm on a Wednesday evening their ‘customer services’ rep twiddled with buttons to increase the price of yarn in my basket overnight ( so the coupon fitted !!!!!)
Needless to say I’ll be deleting the basket and going to a friendlier place for my wool .!!!!

Always quick delivery and the cute storage bags are a nice touch.
the first order has returned to the sender and I still don't know why. I contacted customer service to review the order but some of the goods were out of stock - I hope for a refund -. I ask for the shipment of the remaining goods ... 5 weeks of waiting and nothing: my order of January 18th was lost, the new order of February 21st has not yet arrived after 5 weeks Too much. moreover, once you place an order you canti modify it, even if you forget to insert a discount code. request n 1362378 APRIL 1st, PROBLEM SOLVED, thank you.
Appalling customer service. My order was accepted and paid for. When it did not arrive I was told they had made a mistake and what I wanted had actually never been in stock.
Still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later.
Never again.
Happy new knitter. Got my order withing 3 days having paid for the speedy delivery. Quality of the packaging was fantastic, products seem of high quality. Now I can embarque in a new hobby in knitting as a newbie. Thank you Lovecraft.
I ordered 5 skeins of yarn, believing the advertised "usually sent out the next day." Didn't happen. After a few emails to the company my order was finally shipped. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was missing 2 skeins, which did appear on the invoice (meaning I was charged for them) but did NOT appear in the package. Fortunately I went through PayPal, and they are helping me rectify the situation. I am less than impressed with the reliability of their service.
Ordered a 28 count fabric for cross stitching and a sowing box for storage. Both arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Think I'll be going back to Love Crafts for crafting supplies from now on ! Highly recommended
